Board meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September, & November at 7 pm. Meetings are held at the home of Carole Gadd. All Woodland Park Homeowners are welcome to attend. Homeowners Annual Dues
Woodland Park is a planned urban development that is managed by a Homeowners' Association consisting of a volunteer board and has an mandatory annual dues assessment. Mandatory annual dues assessment is payable by May 1 of each year.- The annual assessment for 2025 is $280.00

Closing Information
If you are selling your house, you will need a closing letter from the Woodland Park Homeowners' Association verifying the status of your payments of your annual dues assessment.To request a CLOSING LETTER, send an email request to:
